A Wise pharmacist will review your questionnaire and recommend the most suitable support for your situation — whether that is nicotine replacement therapy, prescription aids, or a combination approach.

Answer a short health questionnaire about your medical history and current health. This takes around 3–5 minutes.

Pharmacist reviews your case
A qualified Wise pharmacist individually reviews your answers, typically on the same day (Monday–Saturday).

Pay only if approved
If the treatment is appropriate for you, you will receive a secure payment link. You are never charged before approval.

Collect or receive delivery
Collect from any of our 17 Manchester branches or have your treatment delivered in discreet, plain packaging.
